Listings

Every listing is published after RERA and title checks, but figures such as area, price and possession dates are supplied by the owner or developer and may change. Confirm them in the registered documents before any payment.

Fair Price estimates

The Fair Price valuation is a statistical estimate derived from comparable registered deeds. It is not a certified valuation and must not be relied upon for lending, tax or legal purposes.

Bookings and leads

Booking a walkthrough or requesting a service creates no obligation on either side. Brokerage, if any, is disclosed in writing before an agreement is signed.

Liability

We act as an information and introduction platform. Contracts of sale or lease are between buyer and seller (or tenant and landlord) and their appointed counsel.
